Find the step that is holding you up

The download does not start or stops

Check that your connection can open other websites. Look at your browser’s Downloads list: the file may already be downloading or may need a retry. Check available storage, then retry once on a stable connection. Avoid opening partial files.

If the destination does not open, note the address and error message. Do not substitute a file from an unrelated website.

Android says “App not installed”

Confirm that the download finished and that storage is available. Check whether an older installation is already present. An incompatible Android version, an incomplete file or a signing conflict may cause this message.

Keep any working installation while you investigate. Use the source verification checks and update guide before considering reinstallation.

Installation is blocked

Read the exact warning. A request to allow your chosen browser to install apps is different from a security warning about a file. Our installation guide explains the permission flow. Keep Play Protect and other device protections enabled.

The app closes or will not open

Close the app, restart your phone and try again. Check available storage and Android system updates. If the problem started after an update, record when it began and any error shown.

Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove locally held settings and sign-in information. Confirm you can recover access before taking either step.

The app opens but you cannot sign in

Follow the login guide for account details and verification-code checks. Reinstalling is unlikely to solve a mistyped number or lost access to a sign-in method.
